Upon review of all applications-confirmation notices will be sent to those accepted for the 2013 Autumn Leaves Festival!
•All items in booth must be made by selling vendor.
•Send a letter with a brief description of your merchandise/products.
•Include at least 3 NON-RETURNABLE photos of your merchandise.
•Include at least 1 NON-RETURNABLE photo of your booth set up.
•Provide us with a list of festivals you have participated in the past.
